As a working barista and cafe owner, I teach what actually matters: espresso science, milk technique, timing, consistency, and the service instincts that separate good baristas from great ones.
I am certified as an Expert in Coffee by Kaapi Machines India and hold an International Barista Diploma recognized by the Italian Barista Method. I also hold the Italian Barista Certificate from Espresso Accademy Firenze, Italy. I founded Barista School Aizawl to establish a serious coffee training standard in Mizoram.
Every session is one-on-one, structured around each student's level and goals. Training covers espresso science, milk texture, latte art, workflow discipline, and cafe readiness so students are prepared to perform from day one.
